Insomnia – What it is and Causes it
Sleep is an important factor in our well-being. It is suggested the approximately 35% of adults suffer from insomnia. Our heard psychologist, Mary Magalotti and the Life Resolutions team of psychologists provide mental health services regarding insomnia. What is Insomnia? Insomnia is the inability to say or fall asleep at night no matter how tired you are. This causes sleep to be restless and non-restorative.
