Our Director,   Jodie Brenton   wants Australians to be able to access the information that can help them lead a happy life. That’s why here at   Life Resolutions,   we hope to give some insight on how to change for the better. Our head psychologist,   Mary Magalotti   and our team of psychologists are experienced in helping people change their behavior to reach their goals. Goals and Planning Goals are a great away to begin changing your behaviour. It helps you clearly define your reasons for change and gives you something to work towards.
